2008 WCV Chardonnay
| Colour: | Pale straw, with some green hues. |
| Bouquet: | Intense fruit characters of passionfruit and lime, with some exotic notes of cantaloupe and pineapple. |
| Palate: | Fresh fruit characters uncomplicated by oak, but with some attractive creaminess from the lees contact. The overall balance is light and dry – perfect for immediate enjoyment. |

2008 WCV Pinot Saignee
| Colour: | Vibrant pale red. |
| Bouquet: | Fragrant strawberry and raspberry aromas, with some notes of dried herbs and flowers. |
| Palate: | Generous flavours of red berries are persistent on the soft, well-balanced palate. Eminently drinkable now, but with sufficient structure from the acid and tannin to reward short term cellaring.ive creaminess from the lees contact. | Bouquet: | Spicey aromas of white pepper and aniseed complement the rich plum fruit that dominates the bouquet. |
